3-Stage Quality Compass

You benefit from our closed-loop quality control system, which identifies and prevents potential issues at every production stage.
Stage 1: The Source
Every great product begins with great materials. We meticulously test all incoming raw materials to ensure they meet our uncompromising standards. It's our first line of defense, making sure only 100% virgin materials with over 95% purity ever enter our facility.

Stage 2: The In-Process Guardian
Quality can't be an afterthought. Once production begins, our automated systems and on-the-ground teams act as constant guardians, monitoring every detail in real-time. This is where our compass truly shines, keeping the entire process on the right track.
Timely inspections during the production process ensure the precision and stability of TPU film production.
Stage 3: The Final Seal of Approval
Before any film ships, it has to earn its stripes. Our comprehensive final testing is the last stop on our quality journey, ensuring the finished product not only meets but exceeds your specifications.

The Technology Behind Your Peace of Mind

Our investment in cutting-edge technology directly elevates the quality of your products. Here is a detailed look at the advanced equipment supporting our rigorous quality control system.

Low-Temperature Fold Tester

Used for: Testing TPU film’s flexibility, crack resistance, and structural integrity under -40℃ to -20℃ (simulating harsh cold environments) via cyclic bending (10,000+ cycles) to detect brittleness.
How it helps you: Ensures your TPU film stays functional in cold conditions, avoiding end-product failures (e.g., cracked automotive parts) and meeting cold-climate durability demands.

Tensile Testing Machine

Used for: Performing ASTM D882 standard tests for tensile strength, elongation, and modulus of TPU films, ensuring mechanical properties meet customer requirements and industry standards.
How it helps you: This guarantees your film has the specific strength and flexibility needed to perform perfectly in its final application.

Taber Abraser

Used for: Measuring TPU film’s resistance to friction/wear (via standardized cyclic rubbing) to detect surface degradation, thinning, or peeling—simulating real-use scenarios (e.g., automotive seating, medical mats).
How it helps you: Guarantees your TPU film maintains durability in high-contact applications, preventing premature end-product wear and boosting customer trust in your product’s lifespan.
