Dimensional Precision: Inner diameter 5mm–500mm, wall thickness 0.015mm–3mm, with a tolerance of ≤±3% to ensure consistent processing.

Material Properties: Hardness 60–95 Shore A (soft grades for medical contact, rigid grades for structural support); elongation 300%–800%, adjustable via formula optimization.

Functional Upgrades: Optional enhancements include UV resistance (for outdoor inflatables), anti-static (for electronics packaging), biocompatibility (ISO13485 compliant, for medical tubing), and oil/chemical resistance (for industrial hoses).

Form & Finish: Available in transparent/opaque variants with glossy/matte surfaces; customizable lengths (10m–1000m rolls) or pre-cut sections.
