Wound dressings stay in contact with sensitive, often fragile skin—irritation or adhesion issues can disrupt healing. Our TPU is formulated to be hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and gently conformable: it adapts to body movements (e.g., joints, extremities) without lifting or causing friction, and removes easily without damaging new tissue or leaving residue.

Durability & Barrier Reliability

Wound dressings need to maintain integrity for days (or longer) to avoid frequent changes that disturb healing. Our TPU resists tearing, puncturing, and degradation from wound exudate—even when exposed to mild disinfectants during dressing checks. It also provides a microbial barrier, reducing the risk of secondary infection.
