We ensure quality from the source by exclusively selecting virgin materials from top-tier global suppliers. This approach prevents property degradation that can occur with recycled materials, guaranteeing stable performance for every batch. This is a crucial assurance, especially for high-demand sectors like medical and food applications.

Pure Virgin Material Guarantee

We use 100% brand-new TPU resin and reject any recycled materials. Each batch undergoes spectroscopic analysis to ensure a purity level of ≥ 95%. This fundamentally prevents issues such as property fluctuations and insufficient strength during downstream processing.

What makes us unique is our ability to produce films through every major method—be it casting, blowing, or extrusion. This gives us the flexibility to create custom TPU films that are perfectly aligned with the distinct requirements of your industry.

Three Professional Production Workshops

Workshop Overview

Placed strategically around 15 lines, we are able to manufacture high-precision TPU films that are extremely thin and designed for ultra-fine applications, even for use in medical devices and for encapsulation in consumer electronics.

Blown Film Workshop

The 12 blown film lines enables us to produce highly elastic and durable TPU films. We make these for products that need excellent flexibility and tensile strength, for example, outdoor recreational products and functional clothing.

Extrusion Workshop

Equipped with 13 extrusion lines, this workshop focuses on the production of thick films. These are engineered for products that need high strength and durability, for instance, industrial components or vehicle interiors.

Raw Material Preparation

Precision weighing and mixing of TPU resins with additives according to strict formulations.

Melting, Extrusion & Calendering

Controlled extrusion through a precision die, followed by a calendering process to set the exact film thickness and desired surface characteristics.

Controlled Cooling

A carefully controlled cooling stage to ensure proper molecular crystallization and optimal mechanical properties.

Quality Inspection

Automated and manual inspection for any defects, verifying thickness and mechanical properties to meet our stringent standards.

Slitting & Packaging

Precision slitting to customer specifications, followed by protective packaging to ensure safe transport.
